MISSION STATEMENT:
BARC shall promote the humane treatment of animals and foster respect, understanding and compassion for all creatures.
GOALS:
Bringing educational outreach programs to the public, promoting responsible pet ownership.
Aiding in the prevention of abuse and cruelty to animals.
Reducing pet overpopulation by promoting spaying and neutering.
Caring enough to be the voice of our animal friends.

BARC is a private nonprofit organization established December 22, 1999 and continues to pursue the above Mission Statement and Goals. Special needs and short-term fosters are privately housed until we can find loving permanent homes.

WISH LIST: Carriers, kennels, cages - if you think an animal needs it, we can use it! But, most of all, your help in providing the homes our friends deserve!
