| Description: Border Collie Color: tri Female spayed, 1.5 yrs. OWNER TURN IN Notes: Courtesy Listing: Jetta, is a great little dog that has had a not so great start in life! She found herself a mother of 9 puppies at the ripe age of 9 months. As well as being passed between different owners for reasons unknown to me! She is a darling tri-colored, one and a half year old Border Collie. Jetta has quickly made friends with my pack and loves a good game of chase with any dogs willing to play. She is quiet and well mannered, acting more like a mature dog, than a pup. Jetta is crate trained, house broken and gets along fine with cats. Car rides are one of her favorite things! I feel Jetta will do best in a home without horses, as a game of chase is often just too tempting for her. She is now spayed, vaccinated and micro-chipped. Jetta is a bit unsure when meeting new people, but warms up fairly quickly and is improving the more socialization she gets. We are working on this daily and she will need continuing education with knowledgeable owners. She is agile and athletic and I believe she has the talent to be a fun agility dog! This little girl will blossom with a loving home that can build her trust and provide her with adequate exercise! She is living with children in her foster home, but would need to be properly introduced to them. Although Jetta is a great dog to live with she is not a dog for a novice owner or the faint of heart. Please be prepared to provide what type of training and socialization you can offer Jetta as well as the name of a trainer you will be using. Thanks for your interest!
