Pintler Pets is a private, non-profit 501(c)3 Humane Society in Anaconda MT. We receive no governmental funding, and exist on private donations, grants, and from adoption fees.

To surrender a pet or to report a stray, in Anaconda/Deer Lodge County, call Animal Control at 563-4070. In Butte/Silver Bow County, BSB Animal Control is 497-6565 and for the Butte Humane Society call 782-8450.

Find us east of Anaconda, north of Highway 1 at the old Arbiter plant site (the lovely mustard-colored buildings). Coming from the east, turn right (north) off of Highway 1 just past the "Welcome to Anaconda" display. Immediately turn left (west) on the dirt road, take the next right, and straight ahead is our shelter with our logo on it. If you miss the turn on Highway 1 or are approaching from the west, then turn north by the Town Pump/casino on the east side of town. Follow the dirt road where it curves back to the east. We are in the yellowish-brown building through the chainlink fence on the left.
